Pool Equipment Repair in St. Louis, MO

Pool equipment problems can show up in different ways, from poor water circulation and cloudy water to equipment that won’t start, shuts off unexpectedly, or fails to operate properly. Identifying the cause isn’t always straightforward, especially without professional guidance.

Sometimes, the problem is caused by a single piece of equipment. Other times, a failing component can create issues elsewhere in the system.

Our team diagnoses and repairs all pool issues, whether it’s filters, timers, or other system components. We’ll identify the source of the issue, explain your repair options, and recommend the most practical solution based on the equipment’s condition.

Swimming Pool Leak Repair in St. Louis, MO

While some water loss is normal due to evaporation, a noticeable drop in water level often indicates a larger issue that should be investigated.

Common signs of a pool leak include:

  • A noticeable drop in water level between normal top-offs
  • Wet areas around the pool or equipment pad
  • Air bubbles coming through the return jets
  • Cracks or separation around pool fittings
  • Needing to add water more frequently than usual

Pool leaks can occur in plumbing lines, equipment connections, skimmers, return fittings, or the pool structure itself. Because many of these components are hidden from view, identifying the source of a leak is not always straightforward.

Our team can locate the source of the problem, determine the best repair options, and fix the issue so that you can get back to enjoying your pool.

Switch from Chlorine to Salt Water

Many homeowners become interested in saltwater pools after years of managing traditional chlorine systems. Consistently purchasing chemicals and making the right adjustments can become time-consuming, especially during the summer, when you want to enjoy your pool.

One of the most common misconceptions is that saltwater pools do not use chlorine. A saltwater system creates chlorine from dissolved salt in the water. This allows the pool to sanitize itself as water circulates through the system. In turn, this reduces the amount of manual chemical handling required.

The good news is that most existing pools can be converted to saltwater. However, the process involves understanding equipment compatibility, pool size, and overall system condition.

Our team can answer any questions about the conversion process and installing a saltwater system. We can even schedule an in-person appointment to visit your home in the St. Louis metro area to determine if a saltwater system is a good fit for your pool.

l've used this company for 5 years. They put in a new liner and filter. They open and close for me and do every other week care. The office staff is always pleasant as are the pool care employees. If there is an issue, they usually come that day or within a few if it can wait. I've not had any issues with this company or employees.

Unfortunately I am selling my house with a pool this month, but I wanted to leave a great review for my friends at Florida Pools before I retire from pool ownership. My final fix I attempted on my pool was a replacement of the sand filter lid. Well it did not go well and a pipe broke inside the lid which required some re-plumbing. A Florida Pool tech made it out within a couple days and not only fixed the lid, but somehow removed the broken pipe from inside the lid. This helped reduce my cost of repair. They also installed a new liner and pool cover, and salt water unit over the past couple years and have always done a great job and given good advice. Highly recommend this team.
