Pool Equipment and Repair

Caring for your equipment keeps your pool clean and balanced throughout the season. Our technicians diagnose issues with pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and other components, and recommend repair or replacement options based on the condition of your system.

For ongoing support between repairs, routine service helps keep equipment working properly

How do I know if my pool pump needs repair or replacement?

Loud noises, weak circulation, leaking water, or frequent shutdowns can all point to pump issues. In some cases, a repair is enough, but older pumps or repeated problems may make replacement necessary.

Pool heaters can last anywhere from 7–12 years, depending on use, maintenance, water chemistry, and the type of heater installed.

Yes. We work on a wide range of pool equipment, including older systems and discontinued models.

Absolutely. We regularly inspect and troubleshoot existing pool systems regardless of who originally installed them.

Salt systems can reduce the need for frequent chlorine adjustments and daily chemical handling, but the pool still requires regular testing and cleaning.

Cloudy water can be caused by poor circulation, dirty filters, fine debris, algae starting to develop, or equipment issues.
Many repairs can be completed within a single visit, while more complex issues or special-order parts may take longer. The timeline depends on the equipment and the extent of the problem.

Service and Maintenance Expectations

How often should my pool be professionally cleaned?
Most pools need weekly service.
We recommend basic upkeep, like emptying skimmer baskets, monitoring water level, and removing large debris.
Yes. Pool size, surface material, equipment, and whether the pool uses chlorine or salt water can all affect how often maintenance is needed.

Of course, service schedules can often be increased during the summer and reduced during cooler months. We can help you figure out a schedule that works best for you.

Water Care and Seasonal Pool Preparation

Pool water care changes throughout the year, and the right approach depends on your system, usage, and equipment setup. Our team helps homeowners manage water balance, understand salt system options, and prepare their pools for seasonal transitions.

Water Chemistry & Salt Systems

Can you convert my pool from chlorine to salt?
Yes, we can install a salt system and ensure it’s compatible with your pool equipment and setup.
Poor circulation, heavy use, weather, debris, and equipment issues can all affect water chemistry. In some cases, the problem may also be tied to filtration.

Seasonal Transitions

What can I do before closing to prevent issues?
Cleaning the pool, balancing the water, and addressing small equipment issues before closing can help prevent problems from getting worse over the winter.
Yes. Give us a call to catch issues early and reduce the risk of damage during colder months.
Yes! We are happy to store your pool covers.

If you need more specific guidance, you can contact our team for direct support.

Do I need to be home during service visits?
In most cases, no. As long as technicians can safely access the pool area, service can usually be completed while you’re out. Many customers provide gate codes, lock instructions, or other agreed-upon access for scheduled visits.
Severe weather may require service to be delayed or rescheduled. Someone from our team will reach out to reschedule if we are unable to complete a visit.

Feel free to ask! We do our best to provide consistency, though technician availability can vary.

Spa and Hot Tub Service

Spas and hot tubs need maintenance, even when they’re not regularly used.
Do spas require maintenance even when they are not used regularly?
Yes. Water chemistry, circulation, and equipment still need attention even if the spa is used infrequently.
Look for issues such as a weak jet pressure, unusual noises, leaking water, overheating, or the pump failing to start consistently.
As a rule of thumb, most spas should be drained and cleaned every 3–4 months.

Absolutely! We provide winter services for spas and hot tubs, though our hours from December to March are from 9:00 – 3:00.
