Have used for several years. If there were any problems with my inground pool, they were NEVER service related. The company and the employees are Top Notch, Knowledgeable, Polite, and Respectful.

It’s hard to give a good rating because we had an algae bloom by time they opened for us. We’ve had 4 days of trying to clear the water with flockulent and vacuuming. I wished we’d had several days of pool help from FL pools but it was Memorial Weekend. No complaints otherwise the staff seem to be very professional-just wished they’d have told us what was really going on.

I recommend Florida Pool for all of your pool needs! I called them last summer when my pump went out, and they were so easy to work with and knowledgeable, and could get me in quickly! Florida Pools & Spas is the BEST pool company! The man that makes it all work perfectly is Brian! He knows EVERYTHING about pools, parts, teaching clients and employees and is just the absolute best. He’s always professional and actually shows up when he says he’s going to! He should be given a huge raise and whatever it takes to keep him.
